Robert Hickey is a senior research associate with NHC’s Center for Housing Policy, where he analyzes the potential of various local and state housing policies to address our nation’s housing challenges.

Amy Clark is the director of marketing and communications at the National Housing Conference, where she leads the development and execution of NHC’s strategic communications efforts to elevate housing affordability as a first-tier issue on the national agenda.
