Washington, DC – August 11, 2026 – The National Housing Conference (NHC) today announced that Nathan (Nate) Shultz has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Policy. Shultz brings nearly two decades of housing and mortgage finance experience, including senior positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. He currently serves on the Virginia Housing Board of Commissioners.
