Solutions Publications Showcase

Terms

1. Showcase exhibitors are responsible for printing and delivering their publications.

2. Showcase space must be reserved by 5 p.m. EDT Monday, April 9.

3. Organizations may reserve space for up to 2 publications with each reservation purchase. Multiple reservations may be purchased if desired.

4. NHC recommends sending no more than 100 copies of each publication based on estimated attendance.

5. Organizations are responsible for delivering the publications to Solutions in one of the following ways:

-To NHC by Monday, April 9 at 1900 M St. NW Ste. 200, Washington, DC 20036

-To Cara Lanza, The National Press Club, Attn: NHC April 17, 529 14^th NW 13^th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20045 on Friday, April 13.

6. Organizations are responsible for retrieving any undistributed publications at the close of the event, if desired. NHC will recycle all unclaimed publications after Solutions concludes at 6:30 p.m. April 17. NHC is unable to provide organizations with an end-of-event publication count.

7. NHC is not responsible for misdelivery or damage of publications.

8. Publications Showcase payments are non-refundable.
