National Housing Conference welcomes Britt Van as its new senior policy director

Washington, DC – January 7, 2025 – The National Housing Conference (NHC), the nation’s oldest and broadest housing coalition, is pleased to announce the appointment of Britt Van as its new Senior Policy Director. Van brings a wealth of experience in policy development and strategic leadership, having served as a Senior Advisor to the President of Ginnie Mae and the Policy Director for the New Democrat Coalition in the U.S. House of Representatives.

“Throughout her career, Britt has demonstrated the ability to navigate complex policy landscapes,” said NHC’s President and CEO David M. Dworkin. “Her commitment to creating opportunities for communities in a variety of roles makes her an exceptional addition to our organization. We are thrilled to have her expertise and leadership as we work to tackle some of the most pressing housing challenges of our time.”
