Washington, D.C., June 25, 2026 – The National Housing Conference (NHC) Board of Governors is pleased to announce its Executive Committee, including new officers, for 2026-2027.
Ralph Perrey, Executive Director of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, will assume the role of Chair, succeeding Ali Solis, Principal of S3 Advisory Services, who will remain on the Board as Immediate Past Chair. Laura Arce, Senior Vice President for Economic Initiatives at UnidosUS, will serve as Vice Chair; Bryan Greene, Vice President of Policy Advocacy at the National Association of REALTORS®, will serve as Treasurer; and Kathryn Monet, CEO of the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, will serve as Secretary. Amy Hovey, Executive Director of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
Serving as At-Large members are Duane Duncan, Senior Vice President of Government and Industry Relations at Enact MI and Gisele Roget, Founding Principal of Overbrook Square Group. A full list of the Board of Governors is available here.
