Washington, D.C., March 18, 2026 – The National Housing Conference (NHC) announces the appointment of four new members to its Board of Governors, alongside the reappointment of two returning members. The appointments reflect NHC’s continued commitment to bringing diverse perspectives and deep expertise to its Board leadership.
Joining returning members Robert Broeksmit, Mortgage Bankers Association and Kimani Little, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, are Seth Appleton, US Mortgage Insurers; Teresa Bryce Bazemore, former President and CEO, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco; Sharon Wilson Géno, National Multifamily Housing Council; and Debra W. Still, CMB, retired CEO and Vice Chair, Pulte Financial Services. The new members’ terms will officially commence in June 2026.
“As I conclude my term as chairwoman, I’m especially proud to welcome this accomplished group of leaders to NHC’s Board of Governors,” said NHC Chairwoman Ali Solis. “Their experience across the housing ecosystem and passion for tackling our nation’s affordability and housing supply crisis will help carry NHC’s mission forward.
