Portland’s Restorative Justice & Preference Policy

This webinar explored Portland’s preference policy for the North/Northeast neighborhood. Panelists walked through the history that led to the preference policy, their outreach strategy, implementation of the policy, and provided perspective from a local resident.

About The Presenters

Chris Estes is NHC’s former president and CEO. Chris began his tenure at NHC in July 2012, coming from North Carolina, where he led the North Carolina Housing Coalition for nine years. Chris leads the organization’s strategic direction for its policy, communications and research work and serves as a national thought leader on affordable housing and community development issues.
