This webinar shared outcomes of green building and the need to implement policies that incentivize green building. Our panelists discussed the outcomes of a one-year study on the Impact of Green Affordable Housing conducted by the non-profit organization Southface and the Virginia Center for Housing Research at Virginia Tech, and the opportunities and barriers affordable housing developers, managers and housing finance administrators face in pursuing green building standards.
