She is a fierce leader and the former President and CEO of Make Room Inc., a national nonprofit organization giving voice to America’s struggling renters. Ali works closely with the White House, U.S. Congress, state and local policy leaders and industry stakeholders to advance solutions that address rental housing affordability.

Ralph M. Perrey is the executive director of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. His tenure as THDA’s Executive Director has seen the agency revamp its mortgage products and down payment assistance program; establish its own loan servicing division; and base THDA staff regionally to better interact with partners across the state. He is the past chair of the National Council of State Housing Agencies.

Kathryn Monet is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans. In this role, she focuses on the execution of NCHV’s strategic policy and technical assistance agenda, and on expanding NCHV’s strategic partnerships to more effectively end veteran homelessness. Kathryn has spent over a decade in the public and nonprofit sector working to address housing instability and homelessness among veterans.

He was also responsible for outreach to industry groups, consumer organizations, and other key stakeholders. O’Connor is currently the principal at Belmont Links, LLC, an independent consulting firm.
