Panelists walked through the history that led to the preference policy\, their outreach strategy\, implementation of the policy\, and provided perspective from a local resident. \n \nAbout The Presenters\nChris Estes is NHC’s former president and CEO. Chris began his tenure at NHC in July 2012\, coming from North Carolina\, where he led the North Carolina Housing Coalition for nine years.
