DESCRIPTION:This webinar featured a demonstration of the online\, interactive Paycheck to Paycheck database sponsored by the National Association of REALTORS®. Paycheck to Paycheck uses data from the first quarter of 2015 to examine the gap between wages and the housing costs\, both rental and ownership\, in 208 U.S. metro areas. \n \nAbout the Presenters\nJanet Viveiros is a senior research associate at NHC. Janet’s research interests center on the connection between affordable housing and education\, health and economic self-sufficiency outcomes. Janet has co-authored several of NHC’s annual reports\, Housing Landscape and Paycheck to Paycheck\, that document affordable housing needs. \nMindy Ault is a research associate at NHC’s Center for Housing Policy.
