DESCRIPTION:Our October Restoring Neighborhoods Task Force webinar featured a presentation from Tanya Torno\, principal development specialist for the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside and Steve Berg\, vice president for programs and policy for the National Alliance to End Homelessness. \nTanya discussed how in 2018\, Riverside\, California ended homelessness for all veterans in the county by using a Housing First approach and orchestrating innovative cross-department coordination. Now the county is using their proven model to tackle chronic homelessness and more.
