Each year, the National Housing Conference honors a person or organization who has contributed significantly to the goal of increased affordable housing and strong, healthy communities throughout the nation.

On June 9, the National Housing Conference (NHC) will recognize the Federal Home Loan Banks’ Affordable Housing Program (AHP) – the nation’s largest source of private grant funds for affordable housing – with the 2010 “Housing Program of the Year” Award at its 38th Annual Gala in Washington, DC.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of AHP, a program that has provided $3.7 billion for the creation of more than 670,000 affordable rental and owned homes for low- to moderate-income families.

Join more than 700 industry leaders at the National Building Museum for this special event, which will celebrate the program's many achievements in creating affordable housing opportunities across America.

RSVP Today!

For more information on the Gala, please contact NHC Director of Operations, Meetings and Events Thea Beckering at tbeckering@nhc.org or at (202) 466-2121, Ext. 221.
