Since 1974, the New York Housing Conference (NYHC) and NHC have saluted individuals and organizations that have made New York a better place to live and work. Each December more than 1,400 people from across the country gather to honor these distinguished award recipients and mark another year in the dedicated effort to help ensure decent, affordable and safe housing in New York.

Where is the Luncheon held?
The Luncheon is held at the Hilton New York in the Grand Ballroom. The street addess is:

What time does the Luncheon begin?
The reception begins at 11:30 a.m. The doors to the Ballroom open at 12:30 p.m.

How long does the Luncheon last?
The Luncheon ends around 2:00 p.m.

What is the dress code for the Lucheon?
The dress code for the Luncheon is business attire.

Is there coat check?
Coat check is provided by the hotel on the third floor for a nominal fee.

How do I know where I am seated?
All table/ticket purchasers were asked to submit guest names. Name badges will be provided for all guests whose names have been collected as of noon on Monday, December 10th. A seating list will be provided at the event. All guests will be listed on the seating list, as well as company names who have purchased tables.

What if the guests at my table change?
If you have changes to your seating list after noon on December 10th, simply inform your guests to look for your company's name on the seating list to find their table. These guests also may make a name badge for themselves at the Luncheon.

Where/when is the memorial celebration for Clara Fox?
The memorial celebration for Clara Fox will take place at the Hilton New York in the Murray Hill Room on the second floor at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 11, 2007.
